Tedy n\u011bkoho, kdo se nejprve zamysl\u00ed, co se \u0159e\u0161\u00ed, jak\u00e9 jsou mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a jak tyto p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny vy\u0159e\u0161it. Nez\u0159\u00eddka se toti\u017e st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee ve chv\u00edl\u00edch,&nbsp;<strong>kdy se neda\u0159\u00ed<\/strong>, se pracovn\u00edci uch\u00fdl\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>k&nbsp;jistot\u011b rutiny<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 tedy rychl\u00e9mu klik\u00e1n\u00ed do obrazovky se sou\u010dasnou zm\u011bnou n\u011bkolika parametr\u016f, jen aby mana\u017eer\u016fm dok\u00e1zali, \u017ee to nejde a oni \u017ee za to nem\u016f\u017eou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fduka je v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1hodn\u00e1, bez tolik pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 systemati\u010dnosti, a co je velmi svazuj\u00edc\u00ed, bez tolik pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k&nbsp;platnosti prvn\u00edho a nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho obecn\u00e9ho plasta\u0159sk\u00e9ho pravidla \u201enikdy nev\u011b\u0159 obecn\u00fdm pravidl\u016fm\u201c, je pot\u0159eba kombinovat vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed front\u00e1ln\u00ed (z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed teoretick\u00fdch znalost\u00ed) a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed takzvan\u011b probl\u00e9mov\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Standardn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed akceleruje z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed teoretick\u00fdch znalost\u00ed, roz\u0161i\u0159uje znalostn\u00ed b\u00e1zi a student postupn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159uje znalostn\u00ed zdroje. Na tento syst\u00e9m je nastaveno mnoho p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00edch a nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m si vybrat z&nbsp;nab\u00eddky velmi kvalitn\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch kurz\u016f. Nam\u00e1tkou je zde mo\u017en\u00e9 jmenovat certifikovan\u00fd kurz Se\u0159izova\u010d vst\u0159ikovac\u00edch lis\u016f pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f s&nbsp;\u010d\u00edslem certifikace 28-057-H dle n\u00e1rodn\u00ed soustavy kvalifikac\u00ed firmy Libeos dostupn\u00fd na&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/libeos.cz\/autorizovany-serizovac-vstrikovacich-stroju-200-hodin-vice-nez-50-praxe-ve-vstrikovne.a88.html\">www.libeos.cz<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takzvan\u00e9 &#8222;probl\u00e9mov\u00e9&#8220; vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed mezi jednu z&nbsp;nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch metod, kter\u00e1 intenzivn\u011b rozv\u00edj\u00ed schopnost my\u0161len\u00ed, schopnosti \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my a p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat obt\u00ed\u017ee. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, po na\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch informac\u00ed postav\u00edte se\u0159izova\u010de p\u0159ed probl\u00e9m na stroji, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161it. Po jeho vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 pokra\u010dovat s&nbsp;kombinac\u00ed front\u00e1ln\u00ed a probl\u00e9mov\u00e9 v\u00fduky a t\u00edm akcelerovat rozvoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou t\u00e9to metody je, kde vz\u00edt stroj k&nbsp;dispozici pro mo\u017enost \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed definovan\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f. I kdy\u017e probl\u00e9m p\u0159evedeme na simul\u00e1tor (kter\u00fd nen\u00ed levn\u00fd), tak nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1vat danou l\u00e1tku nap\u0159\u00edklad doma. No\u010dn\u00ed m\u016fra je zajistit pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro v\u0161echny \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky kurzu a hled\u00e1n\u00ed zp\u016fsobu jak vyhodnotit postup \u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 u\u010dit vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f je interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Aby se\u0159izova\u010d dok\u00e1zal spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastavit stroj, m\u011bl by m\u00edt hlubok\u00e9 znalosti z&nbsp;cca 8mi vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch obor\u016f. Je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 identifikovat chybu, kdy\u017e nev\u00edte, jak se chov\u00e1, resp. jak by se m\u011bl chovat plastov\u00fd materi\u00e1l. Nebo t\u0159eba pro\u010d je nutn\u00e9 kontrolovat tuhost soustavy stroj-n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 baz\u00e1ln\u00ed vliv na v\u00fdrobek. Je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 zlep\u0161ovat proces, pokud chyb\u00ed znalosti o viskozitn\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f, hydrodynamick\u00e9m paradoxu, nebo t\u0159eba homogenit\u011b teplotn\u00edho pole na hran\u011b vst\u0159ikovac\u00edho otvoru v&nbsp;kombinaci amorfn\u00ed versus semikrystalick\u00fd materi\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edkladech je vid\u011bt, \u017ee vychovat \u0161ikovn\u00e9ho se\u0159izova\u010de, kter\u00fd bude m\u00edt pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 teoretick\u00e9 znalosti v&nbsp;kombinaci s&nbsp;praktick\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi je b\u011bh na hodn\u011b dlouhou tra\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno \u2013 velmi \u010dasto prob\u00edh\u00e1 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed metodou pokus-omyl, a to p\u0159\u00edmo v&nbsp;technick\u00e9 praxi, tedy p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b. Toto je nejm\u00e9n\u011b efektivn\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed metoda vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Ruku na srdce \u2013&nbsp;<strong>opravdu chcete platit ztr\u00e1ty na materi\u00e1lu, elekt\u0159in\u011b, v\u00fdrobn\u00edm \u010dasu jen proto, aby si se\u0159izova\u010di doplnili vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/strong>&nbsp;Levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed varianta je d\u016fkladn\u00e1 teoretick\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava na simul\u00e1toru, a t\u00edm omezen\u00ed prostoje p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b a minimalizace v\u00edcen\u00e1klad\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PICAT II:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed program PICAT II, kter\u00fd vyvinula City of&nbsp; Wolverhampton College. Umo\u017e\u0148uje n\u011bkolik rozd\u00edln\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupu. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed je definice, jestli je u\u017eivatel student, nebo vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Student dost\u00e1v\u00e1 k&nbsp;dispozici voln\u011b dostupn\u00e9 \u201ep\u00edskovi\u0161t\u011b\u201c na kter\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee kdykoliv \u0159e\u0161it zadan\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed, testovat si navrhnut\u00e9 postupy a zkou\u0161et nov\u00e9 postupy.&nbsp; Tato sekce je pod n\u00e1zvem cvi\u010den\u00ed a je dostupn\u00e1 pro kohokoliv, kdo m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edstup do syst\u00e9mu. Cvi\u010den\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 rozd\u011blit na v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 znalosti se\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed stroj\u016f \u2013 nap\u0159. nedost\u0159iky, st\u0159\u00edb\u0159en\u00ed, p\u0159etoky a ot\u0159epy (\u201efle\u0161e\u201c), kontaminace materi\u00e1lu, deformace v\u00fdst\u0159ik\u016f, delaminace, vzhledov\u00e9 vady a degradace materi\u00e1lu. Opravn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky jsou jednodu\u0161e dostupn\u00e9 a nut\u00ed studenta, aby se nejprve zamyslel nad t\u00edm co, pro\u010d a kde chce klikat, nam\u00edsto soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed, kde po\u017eadovan\u00e9 p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010de najde ve standardn\u00edm menu stroje, pod stresem degradace taveniny p\u0159i p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed doby setrv\u00e1n\u00ed taveniny v&nbsp;komo\u0159e a hork\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu.&nbsp; Syst\u00e9m d\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dasov\u00fd prostor pro d\u016fkladn\u00e9 zamy\u0161len\u00ed, eventu\u00e1ln\u011b nalezen\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v&nbsp;literatu\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/105929.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>K&nbsp;dispozici je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sestava parametr\u016f pro nastavov\u00e1n\u00ed vst\u0159ikovac\u00edho stroje viz n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed uk\u00e1zka parametr\u016f vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed a plastikace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/105930.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Je zde z\u00e1kladn\u00ed b\u00e1ze kontroln\u00edch bod\u016f, kter\u00fdm je nutn\u00e9 v\u011bnovat pozornost p\u0159i se\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed technologick\u00e9ho procesu. Velmi podstatn\u00e1 jsou cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 podporuj\u00ed zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9ho procesu.
