Jednou z t\u011bchto speci\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed je metoda vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed s podporou plynu (Gas-Assisted Injection Moulding (GAIM); Gas Injection Technology (GIT)) spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v p\u0159iveden\u00ed plynu (dus\u00edku) do j\u00e1dra taveniny ve form\u011b.&nbsp;Na jej\u00edm po\u010d\u00e1tku st\u00e1la p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm snaha u\u0161et\u0159it materi\u00e1l a zkr\u00e1tit vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed cyklus p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b silnost\u011bnn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f a d\u00edl\u016f s nestejnou tlou\u0161\u0165kou st\u011bn, a tak\u00e9 snaha zlep\u0161it povrch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a vytvo\u0159it&nbsp; dut\u00e9&nbsp; d\u00edly,&nbsp; ani\u017e by musel v\u00fdrobce \u010delit typick\u00fdm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm (propadliny, deformace tvaru).&nbsp;V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b pak konstrukt\u00e9r z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed svobodu p\u0159i navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b &nbsp;podobn\u011b &nbsp;jako &nbsp;u &nbsp;jin\u00fdch &nbsp;novinek i v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zaveden\u00ed nov\u00e9 my\u0161lenky vy\u017eadovalo (a st\u00e1le vy\u017eaduje)&nbsp;nemal\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed na stran\u011b lisoven. \u0158ad\u011b v\u00fdrobc\u016f plastov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed metodu GIT ji\u017e s \u00fasp\u011bchem vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, tato technologie ka\u017ed\u00fd den otev\u00edr\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti<\/strong>&nbsp;a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>nov\u00e9 spln\u011bn\u00e9 c\u00edle<\/strong>, jejich\u017e dosa\u017een\u00ed na po\u010d\u00e1tku nikdo neo\u010dek\u00e1val. Firmy, kter\u00e9 aplikaci GIT odol\u00e1vaj\u00ed, se naopak pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s mnoha zbyte\u010dn\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106070.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Na obr\u00e1zku v\u00fd\u0161e jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bna v\u0161echna za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 p\u0159i vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed s podporou plynu:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><em>gener\u00e1tory dus\u00edku\/n\u00e1dr\u017eky na kapaln\u00fd dus\u00edk,<\/em><\/li><li><em>kompresor,<\/em><\/li><li><em>v\u00fdrobn\u00ed okruh,<\/em><\/li><li><em>regul\u00e1tor pro p\u0159\u00edvod dus\u00edku,<\/em><\/li><li><em>vst\u0159ikolis,<\/em><\/li><li><em>7. a 8. dal\u0161\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed prvky.<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>V\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces nemus\u00ed v\u017edy zahrnovat v\u0161echny uveden\u00e9 prvky. Nutn\u00e9 minimum zahrnuje n\u00e1dr\u017eku na dus\u00edk (16 lahv\u00ed natlakovan\u00fdch na 200 bar\u016f), regul\u00e1tor pro p\u0159\u00edvod dus\u00edku, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd v bl\u00edzkosti lisu, a d\u00e1le vst\u0159ikolis s p\u0159\u00edpojkou pro p\u0159\u00edvod dus\u00edku (zpravidla G1\/4&#8243;-G1\/4&#8243; samec)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za v\u00fdvojem technologie GIT st\u00e1ly faktory, kter\u00e9 i v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b limituj\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00ed vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b tenkost\u011bnn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f s dlouhou dr\u00e1hou toku&nbsp;<\/li><li>Deformace d\u00edl\u016f<\/li><li>Pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b v\u00fdlisk\u016f s nestejnou tlou\u0161\u0165kou st\u011bny<\/li><li>\u0160patn\u00e1 kvalita povrchu&nbsp;<\/li><li>Rozm\u011brov\u00e1 nestabilita<\/li><li>Vysok\u00e1 cena formy&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed varianta GIT kombinuje standardn\u00ed vst\u0159ikolis s m\u00edrn\u011b upravenou vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed formou vybavenou jednou nebo v\u00edce&nbsp; tryskami pro p\u0159\u00edvod plynu. D\u016fvod\u016f pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed GIT je mnoho, od eliminace propadlin p\u0159es sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 uzav\u00edrac\u00ed s\u00edly a zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed cyklu a\u017e po zlep\u0161en\u00ed strukturn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed v\u00fdst\u0159iku a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed jeho hmotnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technologie GIT z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem m\u011bn\u00ed p\u016fsoben\u00ed dotlaku na tuhnouc\u00ed taveninu. S\u00edla dotlaku zpravidla p\u016fsob\u00ed na jednom nebo n\u011bkolika p\u0159esn\u011b vymezen\u00fdch m\u00edstech v r\u00e1mci formy, podle toho, kam je pot\u0159eba dotlak aplikovat, bez nutnosti \u017eiv\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu od trysky stroje a\u017e k po\u017eadovan\u00e9mu m\u00edstu. P\u0159\u00edvodn\u00ed otvory pro plyn mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dostate\u010dn\u011b \u0161irok\u00e9, aby se tlakem plynu dostate\u010dn\u011b kompenzovalo volumetrick\u00e9 smr\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed polymeru. P\u0159itom posta\u010duj\u00ed velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 tlakov\u00e9 hodnoty dotlaku, proto\u017ee tlak plynu p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo na dan\u00e9 m\u00edsto nebo v jeho bl\u00edzkosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158ada dal\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdhod se objevuje spolu s nov\u00fdmi inovativn\u00edmi \u0159e\u0161en\u00edmi, kter\u00e1 p\u0159i samotn\u00e9m v\u00fdvoji t\u00e9to metody nikdo nep\u0159edv\u00eddal. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina GIT aplikac\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tam, kde je t\u0159eba zkorigovat \u201ene\u010dekan\u00e9\u201c pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, i kdy\u017e je forma p\u0159ipravena pro v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces, nez\u0159\u00eddka se objevuj\u00ed komplikace vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 a n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 konstruk\u010dn\u00ed \u00fapravy. Velice \u010dasto v\u0161ak lze v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee vy\u0159e\u0161it pr\u00e1v\u011b vyu\u017eit\u00edm technologie vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed s podporou plynu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Standardn\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh cyklu je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: nejd\u0159\u00edve se do dutiny vst\u0159\u00edkne plast a po zavadnut\u00ed povrchu d\u00edlu se do tekut\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra taveniny p\u0159ivede plyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed vst\u0159\u00edknut\u00edm plynu je \u0161nek stroje v nejzadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pozici (na konci zdvihu). Plyn vstupuje do d\u00edlu bu\u010f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm speci\u00e1ln\u00edch rozv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch kan\u00e1lk\u016f, nebo p\u0159\u00edmo, a to v m\u00edst\u011b s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165kou st\u011bny.Od t\u00e9to chv\u00edle p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 plyn v dutin\u011b dotlakovou funkci vst\u0159ikovac\u00edho stroje. Po uplynut\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 doby dotlaku mus\u00ed b\u00fdt plyn z tvarov\u00e9 dutiny vypu\u0161t\u011bn a d\u00edl se vyjme z dutiny formy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se plyn do dutiny aplikuje ihned pot\u00e9, co tavenina za\u010dne vstupovat do dutiny. M\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00fd je p\u0159\u00edvod plynu do dutiny t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed koncem pln\u011bn\u00ed. N\u011bkdy se vol\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b t\u0159et\u00ed varianta a plyn se vst\u0159ikuje na konci pln\u011bn\u00ed, ve chv\u00edli, kdy by jinak do\u0161lo k p\u0159epnut\u00ed na dotlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edvod plynu a regulaci tlakov\u00e9ho profilu zaji\u0161\u0165uje speci\u00e1ln\u00ed tlakov\u00e1 jednotka, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 spolu s plynovou tryskou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitost. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u00fdborn\u011b naprofilovan\u00fd tlak a rychlost, aby se zajistila dokonal\u00e1 opakovatelnost toku v dutin\u011b a tedy i um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed \u010dela taveniny ve chv\u00edli, kdy je aplikov\u00e1n plyn. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu se mus\u00ed zvolit technologicky co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejpokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed okam\u017eitou regulaci rychlosti a tlaku u\u017e od prvn\u00edch moment\u016f pln\u011bn\u00ed polymeru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako vst\u0159ikovan\u00fd plyn se vol\u00ed dus\u00edk o co nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010distot\u011b (99,9 %), aby se v tavenin\u011b vytvo\u0159ila dokonale tvarovan\u00e1 dutina. D\u016fvodem pro pou\u017eit\u00ed dus\u00edku je jeho inertn\u00ed charakter, neho\u0159lavost a chemick\u00e1 neutr\u00e1lnost, d\u00edky n\u00ed\u017e nehroz\u00ed reakce plynu se slo\u017ekami taveniny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem pln\u011bn\u00ed polymeru se p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed plyn o ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm tlaku, kter\u00fd se p\u0159ed koncem vst\u0159iku nav\u00fd\u0161\u00ed, aby se tak kompenzovalo tuhnut\u00ed taveniny. Kdy\u017e se uvnit\u0159 d\u00edlu vytvo\u0159\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 dutina, je pot\u0159eba pamatovat na mo\u017enost intern\u00ed tlak plynu v dutin\u011b regulovan\u011b sni\u017eovat (ekonomick\u00e9 hledisko).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011br plynov\u00e9 trysky m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pouh\u00fdch 5 nebo dokonce jen 3 mm. P\u0159i navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edlu pro technologii GIT je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt do \u00favahy typ aplikace a polymeru, pou\u017eit\u00ed koncov\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobku a d\u016fvod, pro\u010d bylo zvoleno vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed s podporou plynu. Technologie GIT umo\u017e\u0148uje dosa\u017een\u00ed takov\u00e9 (tenkost\u011bnn\u00e9) geometrie, kter\u00e1 zlep\u0161\u00ed strukturn\u00ed vlastnosti v\u00fdrobku a rozm\u011brovou stabilitu d\u00edlu, eliminuje tvarovou deformaci a sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pot\u0159ebnou uzav\u00edrac\u00ed s\u00edlu.Pokud je naopak c\u00edlem v\u00fdroba tlustost\u011bnn\u00e9ho d\u00edlu, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed trysky se mus\u00ed volit s ohledem na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu a minimalizaci doby dotlaku; pot\u00e9 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed optimalizace strukturn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed v\u00fdlisku vzhledem ke hmotnosti d\u00edlu, a d\u00e1le zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed cyklu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plynov\u00e9 kan\u00e1lky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v d\u00edlu vedeny tak, aby tlak p\u016fsobil pr\u00e1v\u011b na pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 m\u00edsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlustost\u011bnn\u00e9 oblasti s p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fdm vznikem propadlin, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017eebra, se konstruuj\u00ed tak, aby plyn mohl proudit v bl\u00edzkosti a vykazovat pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek: nejd\u0159\u00edve jako ur\u010dit\u00e9 vod\u00edtko toku, kter\u00e9 usnadn\u00ed pln\u011bn\u00ed tenkost\u011bnn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, a pot\u00e9 b\u011bhem dotlaku s c\u00edlem zajistit dostate\u010dn\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed tlaku v dan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b.Zamez\u00ed se tak vzniku propadlin a jinak hroz\u00edc\u00edho zbytkov\u00e9ho pnut\u00ed v d\u00edlu. U&nbsp;\u017eeber se v takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech vol\u00ed takov\u00e1 geometrie, kter\u00e1 podpo\u0159\u00ed tok polymeru a sou\u010dasn\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem omez\u00ed tok plynu. Ten tak z\u016fstane ve vymezen\u00e9 oblasti a nebude se \u0161\u00ed\u0159it do nejten\u010d\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed d\u00edlu. Jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed a funk\u010dnost podmi\u0148uj\u00ed kvalitu v\u00fdsledku. Tryska se mus\u00ed vyzna\u010dovat dokonalou opakovatelnost\u00ed a prvot\u0159\u00eddn\u00edmi provozn\u00edmi vlastnostmi. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b zvolen\u00e1 tryska poskytne v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 pozitiva spolu s ekonomick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem.
