Na z\u00e1klad\u011b detailn\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy jsme stanovili optim\u00e1ln\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed trysek a vhodnou geometrii kan\u00e1lk\u016f pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho pln\u011bn\u00ed plastem a nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho dotlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2)&nbsp;Dal\u0161\u00ed komplikac\u00ed je velk\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka d\u00edlu v m\u00edst\u011b jeho uchycen\u00ed.<br><\/strong>Pokud bychom nepou\u017eili technologii GIT, koncov\u00fd v\u00fdrobek by se musel koncipovat jako dva se\u0161roubovateln\u00e9 d\u00edly, co\u017e by s sebou neslo podstatn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady ne\u017e vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed jednoho kusu. Jednou z v\u00fdhod technologie GIT je pr\u00e1v\u011b mo\u017enost vyr\u00e1b\u011bt \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b silnost\u011bnn\u00e9 v\u00fdlisky s c\u00edlen\u00fdm dotla\u010den\u00edm s pomoc\u00ed plynu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106040.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106045.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky aplikaci plynu lze snadno regulovat tlou\u0161\u0165ku st\u011bn a zkr\u00e1tit dobu cyklu p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00e9m sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti d\u00edlu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106046.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>K vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dvou hlavn\u00edch problematick\u00fdch aspekt\u016f, tedy&nbsp;<strong>odli\u0161nost\u00ed v tlou\u0161\u0165ce<\/strong>&nbsp;(n\u00e1litky pro uchycen\u00ed mechanismu zrc\u00e1tka) a&nbsp;<strong>velk\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ky d\u00edlu<\/strong>&nbsp;(masivn\u00ed, zpev\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed okraje) ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti d\u00edlu, jsme pou\u017eili dva r\u016fzn\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 postupy GIT: pomal\u00fd pr\u016ftok plynu s dokonalou regulac\u00ed pro prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad (n\u00e1litky) a rychl\u00fd pr\u016ftok plynu pro druh\u00fd problematick\u00fd aspekt (zes\u00edlen\u00e9 okraje). Bylo nutn\u00e9 zvolit plynovou vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed jednotku schopnou zajistit p\u0159esnou regulaci tlakov\u00e9ho profi lu v n\u011bkolika os\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na spolehlivost a stabilitu cel\u00e9ho procesu m\u00e1 v\u00fdb\u011br&nbsp;<strong>trysky pro p\u0159\u00edvod plynu<\/strong>. P\u016fvodn\u011b se plyn vst\u0159ikoval standardn\u00ed tryskou se statick\u00fdm mechanismem, kde plyn proud\u00ed \u0161t\u011brbinou o pr\u016fm\u011bru 0,02 \u2013 0,03 mm. Limituj\u00edc\u00edm faktorem byla nutnost \u010dast\u00e9ho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u00e9to trysky. Pot\u00e9 jsme nam\u00edsto standardn\u00edch trysek pou\u017eili&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/Jehla-pro-vyfukovani-plastu-IGB-d1792728?cid=76396\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>plynovou jehlu od firmy Ermanno Balzi<\/strong><\/a>. Pohybliv\u00fd kol\u00edk s konick\u00fdm sedlem zaji\u0161\u0165uje vysokou pr\u016ftokovou rychlost plynu a sou\u010dasn\u011b m\u00e1 samo\u010distic\u00ed efekt, co\u017e v\u00fdznamn\u011b zjednodu\u0161uje a hlavn\u011b zlev\u0148uje \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/Jehla-pro-vyfukovani-plastu-IGB-d1792728?cid=76396\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jehla pro vyfukov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f od firmy BALZI<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;p\u0159edstavuje spolehliv\u00e9 a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro n\u00edzk\u00fd i vysok\u00fd tlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky dynamick\u00e9mu charakteru plynov\u00fdch trysek bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit zmetkovitost p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b o neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 80 %. Sou\u010dasn\u011b o 23 % vzrostla produktivita v\u00fdroby, a to d\u00edky absenci \u00fadr\u017ebov\u00fdch odst\u00e1vek ve v\u00fdrob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem jsou&nbsp;<strong>perfektn\u00ed d\u00edly<\/strong>&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong>levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdroba<\/strong>.
