Na Velk\u00e9 cen\u011b Estorilu 2006 skon\u010dil Valentino Rossi na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, a to o 0,002 sekundy. Tyto dv\u011b tis\u00edciny vte\u0159iny rozhodly o tom, \u017ee p\u0159i\u0161el o titul sv\u011btov\u00e9ho \u0161ampiona. A co to m\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u00e9ho se vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm plast\u016f \u010di lit\u00edm hlin\u00edku? Je to jednoduch\u00e9: Krat\u0161\u00ed \u010das (v\u00fdrobn\u00edho cyklu) vyhr\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost JAN SVOBODA s.r.o. spolu s\u00a0v\u00fdrobcem vysoce kvalitn\u00edch hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f VEGA si velmi dob\u0159e uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed st\u00e1le obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed situaci konstrukt\u00e9r\u016f, n\u00e1stroj\u00e1ren, ale tak\u00e9 lisoven a sl\u00e9v\u00e1ren hlin\u00edku \u010di magn\u00e9zia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tvary<\/strong>\u00a0v\u00fdrobk\u016f jsou st\u00e1le<strong>\u00a0slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Po\u017eadavky na kvalitu rostou<\/strong>. P\u0159edepisovan\u00e9\u00a0<strong>cyklov\u00e9 \u010dasy se zkracuj\u00ed<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Formy jsou st\u00e1le komplikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0a \u010dasto se v nich nedost\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u00edsta pro vlo\u017een\u00ed nutn\u00fdch komponent, co\u017e nut\u00ed konstrukt\u00e9ry ke kompromis\u016fm. A jak v\u0161ichni dob\u0159e v\u00edme, tyto\u00a0<strong>kompromisy negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0fin\u00e1ln\u00ed\u00a0<strong>produk<\/strong>t (kvalitu, tvar, \u010das cyklu) a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 periodu \u00fadr\u017eby a celkov\u011b \u017eivotnost formy. D\u00e1le doch\u00e1z\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee d\u00edky pokroku v\u00a0materi\u00e1lech a zpracovatelsk\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch jsou\u00a0<strong>hydraulick\u00e9 v\u00e1lce st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji vystavov\u00e1ny vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm teplot\u00e1m<\/strong>, ne\u017e bylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ed p\u011bti \u010di deseti lety. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplota formy sice (v\u011bt\u0161inou) pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje kvalitu d\u00edl\u016f, ale\u00a0<strong>negativn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed na t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1lc\u016f a sn\u00edma\u010de polohy.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teploty na v\u00e1lci znamenaj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fadr\u017eby,\u00a0<strong>del\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotnost aktivn\u00edch prvk\u016f v\u00e1lce a men\u0161\u00ed riziko kumulace tepla v\u00a0kritick\u00fdch m\u00edstech formy<\/strong>. Proto padlo rozhodnut\u00ed vyvinout novou \u0159adu hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f, kter\u00e1 poskytne \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, a to hned ve dvou verz\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106101.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>V450CP v proveden\u00ed R: Odchlazen\u00ed t\u011bsnic\u00edho pouzdra p\u00edstnice (nejen) pro tlakov\u00e9 lit\u00ed kov\u016f:<br \/><\/strong>Vysok\u00e1 teplota formy je ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed technologie vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f i lit\u00ed kov\u016f, d\u00edky n\u00ed\u017e mohou vznikat kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdlisky. V praxi se st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji uplat\u0148uje tak\u00e9 dynamick\u00e1 a variotermn\u00ed temperace forem.<\/p>\n<p>Konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i nez\u0159\u00eddka vol\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed zdvihy v\u00e1lc\u016f, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu oh\u0159evu t\u011bsnic\u00edho pouzdra p\u00edstnice. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se sice prodlou\u017e\u00ed \u017eivotnost formy, ale sou\u010dasn\u011b vzrostou n\u00e1klady na formu.<\/p>\n<p>Proto byl vyvinut v\u00e1lec\u00a0<strong>V450CP v\u00a0proveden\u00ed R<\/strong>\u00a0zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed\u00a0<strong>dlouhodob\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed teploty t\u011bsnic\u00edho pouzdra p\u00edstnice a\u017e o 50 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<br \/>Integrac\u00ed odchlazen\u00e9ho pouzdra do v\u00e1lce se vedle prodlou\u017een\u00ed \u017eivotnosti t\u011bsnic\u00edch prvk\u016f podstatn\u011b zmen\u0161uje velikost v\u00e1lce a pota\u017emo cel\u00e9 formy.<br \/>To se pozitivn\u011b prom\u00edt\u00e1 do vstupn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f na formu a umo\u017e\u0148uje to pou\u017e\u00edt men\u0161\u00ed vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed stroj, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed cenu v\u00fdrobku.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky odchlazen\u00ed v\u00e1lce se pak v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zmen\u0161uje tepeln\u00fd uzel pod p\u00edstem. Kumulace tepla je t\u00edmto sn\u00ed\u017eena a nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0nucen\u00e9mu prodlu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed cyklu v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00ed\u017ee jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny v\u00fdsledky experimentu s pou\u017eit\u00edm termokamery. V\u00e1lec se postupn\u011b zah\u0159\u00e1l na provozn\u00ed teplotu odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 122 \u00b0C. T\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b vystaven\u00e9 t\u011bmto teplot\u00e1m a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i mechanick\u00e9mu nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed vlivem neodborn\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby se snadno ni\u010d\u00ed a v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkracuje \u017eivotnost v\u00e1lce. Kumulace tepla nav\u00edc zp\u011btn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje formu a znesnad\u0148uje jej\u00ed chlazen\u00ed. K tomu je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edst zv\u00fd\u0161enou teplotu hnac\u00edho m\u00e9dia v\u00e1lce, a\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o olej \u010di sm\u011bs vody s glykolem; vznik\u00e1 tak dal\u0161\u00ed kumula\u010dn\u00ed uzel tepla, kter\u00fd se za zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch n\u00e1rok\u016f na spot\u0159ebu energie mus\u00ed dochlazovat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Po ust\u00e1len\u00ed teploty byl spu\u0161t\u011bn chladic\u00ed okruh pro odchlazen\u00ed pouzdra t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. D\u00edky optimalizaci tohoto okruhu se teplota na v\u00e1lci b\u011bhem zhruba 60 vte\u0159in sn\u00ed\u017eila na teplotu chladic\u00ed vody, tedy p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 12 \u00b0C. V\u00fdsledkem je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159eba energie na chlazen\u00ed hnac\u00edho m\u00e9dia a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivotnosti aktivn\u00edch prvk\u016f v\u00e1lce.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><sup>\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106095.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" \/><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Pro lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu se m\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00edvat na 3D profil teplot na v\u00e1lci. Celkov\u00e1 teplota v\u00e1lce v\u00fdrazn\u011b poklesla, a\u010dkoliv jsou st\u00e1le patrn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 teplotn\u00ed rozd\u00edly.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106098.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>V450CP v proveden\u00ed D: Efektivn\u00ed chlazen\u00ed \u010delist\u00ed:<br \/><\/strong>St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zp\u016fsob chlazen\u00ed \u010delist\u00ed je n\u00e1kladn\u00fd, a to jak z\u00a0hlediska obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, tak i z hlediska pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 velikosti formy. Nav\u00edc hroz\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 riziko poruchy v chladic\u00edm okruhu, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed \u010delisti hluboko ve form\u011b nebo propojov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce okruh\u016f, k \u010demu\u017e v praxi \u010dasto doch\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na obr\u00e1zku n\u00ed\u017ee vid\u00edme pohybliv\u00e9 propojovac\u00ed smy\u010dky, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dostatek prostoru ve druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b formy (tento prostor p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 vybr\u00e1n\u00ed). Spoj mezi hadic\u00ed a n\u00e1\u00fastkem je nam\u00e1h\u00e1n radi\u00e1ln\u011b a pod r\u016fzn\u00fdmi \u00fahly, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje riziko \u00faniku chladic\u00edho m\u00e9dia do dutiny formy.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106099.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jak tedy zajistit takov\u00e9 chlazen\u00ed \u010delist\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude efektivn\u00ed a konstruk\u010dn\u011b jednoduch\u00e9, s minimem obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed?\u00a0<strong>Odpov\u011bd\u00ed je pr\u00e1v\u011b V450CP-D<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Chladic\u00ed m\u00e9dium je do \u010delisti vedeno p\u00edstnic\u00ed. Chladic\u00ed okruh d\u00e1le pokra\u010duje labyrintem v \u010delisti a vrac\u00ed se nazp\u011bt do p\u00edstnice. Tento syst\u00e9m\u00a0<strong>je nejen jednoduch\u00fd a dlouhodob\u011b funk\u010dn\u00ed, ale i levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu<\/strong>\u00a0(minimalizace obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 hadice uvnit\u0159 formy, minimum slab\u00fdch m\u00edst, jednoduch\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba).<\/p>\n<p>Mimo jin\u00e9 je tak\u00a0<strong>chlazen i samotn\u00fd v\u00e1lec<\/strong>, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159es p\u00edstnici. T\u00edm se prodlu\u017euje jeho \u017eivotnost a sni\u017euje se tepeln\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed aktivn\u00edch prvk\u016f obvodu i hnac\u00edho m\u00e9dia. Jedn\u00e1 se tedy o velmi efektivn\u00ed zp\u016fsob eliminace tepeln\u00fdch uzl\u016f ve form\u011b i ve v\u00e1lci, kter\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159edch\u00e1zet potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm v\u010detn\u011b nehomogenity teplotn\u00edho pole.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti se v\u00e1lce s chlazenou p\u00edstnic\u00ed dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011brech\u00a040 a\u017e 63 mm, s maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm zdvihem 120 mm. D\u00e9lku chladic\u00ed font\u00e1nky lze p\u0159izp\u016fsobit po\u017eadavk\u016fm z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. P\u0159\u00edklad okruhu veden\u00e9ho p\u0159es p\u00edstnici je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn n\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106100.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1lec pro efektivn\u00ed chlazen\u00ed \u010delist\u00ed:<br \/><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106102.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak to funguje<br \/><\/strong>P\u00edstnice obsahuje prodlou\u017eenou font\u00e1nku, pod\u00e9l kter\u00e9 proud\u00ed chladivo do labyrintu v\u00a0\u010delisti. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st font\u00e1nky pak odv\u00e1d\u00ed chladic\u00ed m\u00e9dium mimo formu. Font\u00e1nka je zakon\u010den\u00e1 upev\u0148ovac\u00edmi rychlospojkami se standardn\u00edmi konci, s\u00a0mo\u017enost\u00ed \u00fapravy na m\u00edru. Jako chladivo lze pou\u017e\u00edt vodu nebo sm\u011bs vody a glykolu. Pr\u016ftok odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 l\/min a rychlost pr\u016ftoku 3 m\/sec. Princip je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn n\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.jansvoboda.cz\/images\/else_images\/106103.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jako prvn\u00ed otestovala tyto v\u00e1lce firma Eurostampi, kter\u00e1 se v\u017edy zam\u011b\u0159ovala na vysokou kvalitu d\u00edl\u016f i vysok\u00fd v\u00fdkon produkce p\u0159es kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 cyklov\u00e9 \u010dasy. Po nasazen\u00ed chlazen\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f do n\u011bkolika forem firma uvedla, \u017ee v\u00e1lce s integrovanou termoregulac\u00ed\u00a0<strong>v\u00fdrazn\u011b zjednodu\u0161ily pr\u00e1ci jak p\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu, tak i p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b forem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Pou\u017eit\u00edm chlazen\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f VEGA se dramaticky sn\u00ed\u017eilo zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed konstrukt\u00e9ra (jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1vrh), n\u00e1stroj\u00e1rny (m\u00e9n\u011b obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed) i lisovny (m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fadr\u017eby), tedy celkov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed pr\u00e1ce pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed chladic\u00edho okruhu.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>P\u0159i spojov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1lce a t\u011bla voz\u00edku mus\u00edme m\u00edt na pam\u011bti n\u011bkolik v\u011bc\u00ed: P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je t\u0159eba se ujistit, \u017ee je korektn\u011b a v ose\u00a0spojena p\u00edstnice s\u00a0otvorem v \u010delisti.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed \u010dasu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho pro navr\u017een\u00ed formy bylo v praxi velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00e9:\u00a0<strong>z\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edch cca 7 hodin se navrhovac\u00ed proces zkr\u00e1til na cca 1 hodinu<\/strong>\u00a0(v z\u00e1vislosti na form\u011b). Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u00faspora byla na d\u00edln\u011b a p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu nutn\u00fdch komponent.
