Dojde k &#8222;p\u0159ilepen\u00ed&#8220; a\u017e defacto &#8222;p\u0159iva\u0159en\u00ed&#8220; materi\u00e1lu k protilehl\u00e9mu povrchu. Tedy na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b materi\u00e1l chyb\u00ed (je vyd\u0159en\u00fd, vytrhan\u00fd) a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b jsou pevn\u011b fixovan\u00e9 hrudky materi\u00e1lu.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>The galling = tlakov\u00e9 od\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed\/odtrh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu. <strong>Jednodu\u0161e \u010desky galling = tlakov\u00e9 zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p><cite>Jan Svoboda &#8211; www.jansvoboda.cz<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Narozd\u00edl od jin\u00fdch forem opot\u0159eben\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se objevuj\u00ed postupn\u011b, tento jev nastupuje skokov\u011b a velmi rychle se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed. Sklon materi\u00e1lu k odtrh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je ovlivn\u011bn uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm atom\u016f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlakov\u00e9 zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed je typick\u00e9 pro kovov\u00e9 povrchy, mezi nimi\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke kluzn\u00e9mu pohybu zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i nedostate\u010dn\u00e9m maz\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u00e1chylnost kovu k tlakov\u00e9mu zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed je d\u00e1na krystalickou strukturou materi\u00e1lu. Tedy zat\u00edmco hln\u00edk se zad\u0159e velmi jednodu\u0161e, vy\u017e\u00edhan\u00e1 ocel m\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed odolnost. Kalen\u00e1 ocel je na tom velmi dob\u0159e, ov\u0161em podstatn\u011b z\u00e1vis\u00ed na n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed (popou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed). A zde se l\u00e1me chleba a je pozorov\u00e1n rozd\u00edl mezi kvalitn\u00edm a levn\u00fdm vyhazova\u010dem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto spole\u010dnost Progressive Components nechala ud\u011blat nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 testy \u0161esti vzork\u016f vyhazova\u010d\u016f. Pou\u017eilo se speci\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m byly v\u0161echny vzorky testov\u00e1ny najednou tak, aby m\u011bly v\u0161echny stejn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Aby se l\u00e9pe simulovaly b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 podm\u00ednky provozu, tak vyhazova\u010de nebyly namaz\u00e1ny. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b <strong>vysokoz\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed s pomal\u00fdm pohybem, m\u016f\u017ee k n\u011bmu v\u0161ak doch\u00e1zet i ve vysokorychlostn\u00edch mechanismech s mal\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm.<\/strong> S tlakov\u00fdm zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm se b\u011b\u017en\u011b setk\u00e1me p\u0159i tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed plech\u016f, u lo\u017eisek a p\u00edst\u016f v motorech, v hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u00edch a pneumatick\u00fdch motorech, a tak\u00e9 v \u0159ad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch mechanism\u016f.&nbsp; <strong>Hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl oproti po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve viditeln\u00e9m odtr\u017een\u00ed materi\u00e1lu z jedn\u00e9 sty\u010dn\u00e9 plochy a jeho p\u0159ichycen\u00ed na druh\u00fd povrch ve form\u011b materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 hrudky.<\/strong><br>Tlakov\u00e9 zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed se od ostatn\u00edch typ\u016f opot\u0159eben\u00ed d\u00e1le li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee neprob\u00edh\u00e1 postupn\u011b, ale n\u00e1hle, a tak\u00e9 se rychle \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed, proto\u017ee vznikl\u00e9 materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 hrudky zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed od\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu. U \u0161roubov\u00fdch spoj\u016f t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem doch\u00e1z\u00ed k zaseknut\u00ed a zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vit\u016f p\u0159i utahov\u00e1n\u00ed. V soustav\u011b krychlov\u00e9 plo\u0161n\u011b st\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 (FCC) se m\u016f\u017ee materi\u00e1l sn\u00e1ze p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et ne\u017e v soustav\u011b prostorov\u011b st\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 (BCC),&nbsp; proto\u017ee plo\u0161n\u011b st\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e1 struktura je n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k dislokac\u00edm v krystalov\u00e9 m\u0159\u00ed\u017ece (\u010d\u00e1rov\u00fdm poruch\u00e1m, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00e9mu skluzu), co\u017e sou\u010dasn\u011b zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1chylnost k zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee vysok\u00fd po\u010det poruch (chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch vrstev ve strukturn\u00edch rovin\u00e1ch) prop\u016fj\u010duje materi\u00e1lu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odolnost v\u016f\u010di p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00e9mu skluzu. Tendence k od\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed tedy zpravidla z\u00e1vis\u00ed na energii krystalov\u00fdch poruch.&nbsp; <strong>Materi\u00e1ly s vysokou energi\u00ed krystalov\u00fdch poruch (hlin\u00edk, titan) jsou mnohem n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k tlakov\u00e9mu zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> ne\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u011b\u010f, bronz a zlato, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed tuto energii n\u00edzkou. Naopak kovy se \u0161estere\u010dnou t\u011bsn\u011b uspo\u0159\u00e1danou strukturou (HCP) a vysok\u00fdm pom\u011brem c\/a (slitiny kobaltu) vykazuj\u00ed velmi vysokou odolnost v\u016f\u010di od\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tlakov\u00e9 zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u011bhne v\u017edy nejd\u0159\u00edve na mikroskopick\u00e9 \u00farovni<\/strong>, kdy jsou na vedlej\u0161\u00ed sty\u010dnou plochu p\u0159enesena jednotliv\u00e1 zrna, kter\u00e1 se zde p\u0159ichyt\u00ed \u010di \u201ep\u0159iva\u0159\u00ed\u201c. K rozvoji procesu p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 vrstva tvrd\u00fdch oxid\u016f s vysok\u00fdm sou\u010dinitelem t\u0159en\u00ed na jednom nebo obou materi\u00e1lech, s n\u00ed\u017e se setk\u00e1me pr\u00e1v\u011b u hlin\u00edku a nerez oceli. Nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed materi\u00e1lov\u00e1 hrudka tla\u010d\u00ed na p\u0159ilehlou sty\u010dnou plochu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se oba materi\u00e1ly oddaluj\u00ed a p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed energie (t\u0159ec\u00ed teplo) je soust\u0159ed\u011bna do mal\u00e9ho bodu. Od\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed tak m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1le pokra\u010dovat. Lokalizovan\u00fdm p\u016fsoben\u00edm t\u0159ec\u00edho tepla se zvy\u0161uje tv\u00e1rnost povrchu naproti materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 hrudce; ten se proto d\u00e1le deformuje. Po protr\u017een\u00ed povrchov\u00e9 vrstvy kovu doch\u00e1z\u00ed ji\u017e k masivn\u00edmu \u00fab\u011bru materi\u00e1lu. Prevence tlakov\u00e9ho zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed zahrnuje d\u016fkladn\u00e9 promaz\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed,&nbsp; tvorbu povlak\u016f a film\u016f s n\u00edzk\u00fdm sou\u010dinitelem t\u0159en\u00ed (disulfid molybdenu, nitrid titanu), a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed tvrdosti povrchu kov\u016f cementac\u00ed a induk\u010dn\u00edm tvrzen\u00edm. <br><em>Pozn\u00e1mka autora: Ov\u0161em d\u016fsledn\u00e9 maz\u00e1n\u00ed a prom\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad vyhazova\u010d\u016f naprosto destruuje odvzdu\u0161n\u011bn\u00ed, se kter\u00fdm konstrukt\u00e9r po\u010d\u00edtal. Zad\u0159en\u00ed \u010delisti = ulomen\u00fd sloupek a destrukce tvar\u016f.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3>Mechanismus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Term\u00edn tlakov\u00e9 zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di od\u011br je je ve stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed velmi dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fd. <strong>Matematicky byla prok\u00e1z\u00e1na spojitost mezi vlivem zrychlen\u00ed na kontaktn\u00ed z\u00f3nu materi\u00e1l\u016f a t\u0159ec\u00edmi procesy doprov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmi zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>.<br><br>D\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed definice pojmu a pou\u017eit\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed metody se uk\u00e1zaly jako nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed; na z\u00e1klad\u011b hlub\u0161\u00edch znalost\u00ed cel\u00e9ho procesu a s pou\u017eit\u00edm vylep\u0161en\u00fdch zku\u0161ebn\u00edch metod tak postupn\u011b vznikla obecn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed definice pro \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed term\u00ednu \u201etlakov\u00e9 zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c.&nbsp;Spole\u010dnost ASTM pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed a materi\u00e1ly vymezila normou G40 technickou podstatu tlakov\u00e9ho zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: \u201eTlakov\u00e9 zad\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed je druh po\u0161kozen\u00ed povrchu, vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed mezi povrchy ve vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m kluzn\u00e9m pohybu a vyzna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed se mikroskopick\u00fdm a zpravidla lokalizovan\u00fdm&nbsp; zdrsn\u011bn\u00edm materi\u00e1lu a v\u00fdstupky (nap\u0159. hrudkami).\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159itla\u010d\u00edme-li k sob\u011b dva kovov\u00e9 povrchy, po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed kontakt nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve vystupuj\u00edc\u00edch bodech (zdrsn\u011bn\u00ed). V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kontaktu a vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho pohybu obou sty\u010dn\u00fdch ploch pak mohou tyto \u201ev\u00fd\u010dn\u011blky\u201c pronikat do druh\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu.&nbsp; Kontaktem doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke t\u0159en\u00ed \u010di plastick\u00e9 deformaci a na mal\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti sty\u010dn\u00e9 plochy, ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako kontaktn\u00ed z\u00f3ny, p\u016fsob\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd tlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edm nar\u016fst\u00e1 energetick\u00e1 hustota deformovan\u00e9 oblasti a uvol\u0148uje se teplo, kter\u00e9 posiluje adhezi mezi povrchy a p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke vzniku od\u011bru, tedy p\u0159enosu materi\u00e1lu s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm utvo\u0159en\u00edm materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 hrudky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrudka o rozm\u011bru v \u0159\u00e1du mikrometr\u016f m\u016f\u017ee po\u0161kodit oxida\u010dn\u00ed vrstvu chr\u00e1n\u00edc\u00ed protilehl\u00fd povrch. Plastick\u00fd tok je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro stanoven\u00ed kontaktn\u00edho tlaku, energetick\u00e9 hustoty a teploty dosa\u017een\u00e9 b\u011bhem kluzn\u00e9ho pohybu. Z hlediska prevence od\u011bru je toto rozli\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 vliv na volbu povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy, slitiny a krystalov\u00e9 soustavy materi\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i <em>pevn\u00e9m kontaktu<\/em> bez maziva doch\u00e1z\u00ed zpo\u010d\u00e1tku k interakci mezi asperitami (povrchov\u00fdmi nerovnostmi) obou povrch\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e p\u016fsob\u00ed dva odli\u0161n\u00e9 druhy p\u0159ita\u017eliv\u00fdch sil. V prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o kohezn\u00ed s\u00edly mezi molekulami, kter\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem poutaj\u00ed oba povrchy k sob\u011b, a to i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zna\u010dn\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti mezi nimi. D\u00edky p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu kontaktu s prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed plastickou deformac\u00ed se utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed plastick\u00e1 z\u00f3na a t\u00edm i druh\u00fd typ sil, spjat\u00fd s energi\u00ed, tlakem a teplotou; toto p\u016fsoben\u00ed svou intenzitou p\u0159esahuje kohezn\u00ed s\u00edly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed plech\u016f z kovov\u00fdch slitin jsou asperity tvo\u0159eny nej\u010dast\u011bji oxidy a plastick\u00e1 deformace spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v k\u0159ehk\u00e9m lomu, co\u017e p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 velmi malou plastickou z\u00f3nu. Vzhledem k mechanismu lomu se zde akumuluje pouze mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie (tepla). P\u0159esto se v\u0161ak p\u0159i prvn\u00edm kontaktu z asperit uvol\u0148uj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dky, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ilnou k protilehl\u00e9mu povrchu ve form\u011b mikroskopick\u00e9ho zdrsn\u011bn\u00ed. Adhezivn\u00ed p\u0159enos materi\u00e1lu lze omezit n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi postupy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>o\u0161et\u0159en\u00edm oceli p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch metodou kolsterizace, kter\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed tvrdost povrchu a\u017e na 1200 HV0,05 (v z\u00e1vislosti na typu materi\u00e1lu a povrchu);<\/li><li>oslaben\u00edm kohezn\u00edch nebo chemick\u00fdch vazeb mezi povrchov\u00fdmi atomy \u010di molekulami;<\/li><li>zamezen\u00edm plastick\u00e9mu toku (plastick\u00e9 deformaci), nap\u0159\u00edklad aplikov\u00e1n\u00edm siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed vrstvy na z\u00e1kladov\u00fd materi\u00e1l p\u0159i tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed plech\u016f (SMF);<\/li><li>povlakov\u00e1n\u00edm pracovn\u00edho n\u00e1stroje metodou nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed povlak\u016f (CVD, PVD, TiN, tenk\u00e1 uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 vrstva podobn\u00e1 diamantu) z\u00edsk\u00e1 povrch n\u00edzkou chemickou reaktivitu, kter\u00e1 p\u0159etrv\u00e1 i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b t\u0159ec\u00edho kontaktu s vysok\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 energie, kdy dojde k naru\u0161en\u00ed ochrann\u00e9 oxida\u010dn\u00ed vrstvy a prob\u00edh\u00e1 neust\u00e1l\u00e1 plastick\u00e1 deformace s plastick\u00fdm tokem.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>U <em>kluzn\u00e9ho kontaktu<\/em> se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na udr\u017een\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ky ochrann\u00e9 lubrika\u010dn\u00ed vrstvy a prevenci plastick\u00e9 deformace. Druh\u00fd zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd bod je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, proto\u017ee plastick\u00e1 deformace zvy\u0161uje teplotu maziva a m\u011bn\u00ed jeho viskozitu. Sou\u010dasn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee tlou\u0161\u0165ku mazivov\u00e9 vrstvy ohro\u017euje jak\u00fdkoliv p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd p\u0159enos materi\u00e1lu.
