Anal\u00fdza defekt\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt provedena bu\u010f pomoc\u00ed multipozi\u010dn\u00edho 2D p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00e9ho \u0159ezu, nebo pomoc\u00ed 3D prostorov\u00e9ho pohledu. Kompletn\u00ed 3D mapov\u00e1n\u00ed znamen\u00e1, \u017ee CT m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 pou\u017eito pro nedestruktivn\u00ed 3D m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdlisk\u016f, kter\u00e9 nemohou b\u00fdt kontrolov\u00e1ny pomoc\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch sou\u0159adnicov\u00fdch m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch stroj\u016f (CMM) z d\u016fvodu jejich slo\u017eit\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed geometrie. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b lze takto kontrolovat i komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sestavy z dal\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch oblast\u00ed. Proto m\u00e1 CT \u010detn\u00e9 praktick\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed, kdy krom\u011b nedestruktivn\u00ed kontroly jakosti m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pou\u017eito pro optimalizaci a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u010dasu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho pro tvorbu prvn\u00edch vzork\u016f d\u00edl\u016f \u2013 optimalizaci forem, pro porovn\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f s CAD modelem, nebo v reverzn\u00edm in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m jsou 3D d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed data vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na k tvorb\u011b t\u0159\u00edrozm\u011brn\u00e9ho CAD modelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pln\u011b automatizovan\u00e9 sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a anal\u00fdza proces\u016f (software phoenix datos|x 2.0) znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vytvo\u0159en\u00ed kontroln\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy, a to i pro slo\u017eit\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1stky, je mo\u017en\u00e9 za m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e hodinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Nedestruktivn\u00ed 3D anal\u00fdza<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem n\u011bkolika posledn\u00edch let ud\u011blala pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed tomografie velk\u00fd pokrok ve st\u00e1le se zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm vysok\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed a st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rychlosti pro 3D data. D\u00edky pou\u017eit\u00ed<br>GPU (Graphics processing unit) pro rekonstrukci obrazu, jsou nyn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky CT k dispozici b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika minut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trojrozm\u011brn\u00e9 sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed vzork\u016f a mo\u017enost vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00fdch \u0159ez\u016f ze v\u0161ech \u00fahl\u016f otev\u00edr\u00e1 zcela nov\u00fd, \u010dasov\u011b \u00fasporn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pro kontrolu kvality v pr\u016fmyslu. S automatickou<br>anal\u00fdzou por\u00e9znosti (viz obr. 1), m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad velikost vad zobrazena v tabulce, nebo mohou b\u00fdt p\u00f3ry ozna\u010deny r\u016fzn\u00fdmi barvami p\u0159\u00edmo v 3D modelu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e indikuj\u00ed kvalitu<br>procesu p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b d\u00edl\u016f. V\u00fdstup obrazu anal\u00fdzy por\u00e9znosti <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4>Proces 3D m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a vyu\u017eit\u00edm CVT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro kontrolu v\u00fdst\u0159ik\u016f vyroben\u00fdch z plastu nebo lehk\u00e9 slitiny nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, z d\u016fvodu velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch obrys\u016f, pou\u017e\u00edt b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed metody pro nedosa\u017eitelnost m\u00edsta \u010dasovou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost. Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee CT poskytuje mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e9 a kompletn\u00ed 3D zobrazen\u00ed objekt\u016f, otev\u00edr\u00e1 nov\u00e9 pole p\u016fsobnosti, proto\u017ee je vhodn\u00e9 i pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sou\u0159adnic. Je to proto, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch dotekov\u00fdch nebo optick\u00fdch m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch metod, jsou CT m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9my schopny zachytit skryt\u00e9 vady vzork\u016f, jako jsou dutiny a vnit\u0159n\u00ed praskliny. Krom\u011b toho CT skenuje vysok\u00fd po\u010det m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch bod\u016f, zpravidla se pohybuj\u00edc\u00ed v \u0159\u00e1dech od 105 do 106, kter\u00e9 pak vyhodnocuje prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm aplikace statistick\u00fdch metod a t\u00edm dosahuje rozli\u0161en\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed obvykle ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1\/10 voxelu (voxel = objemov\u00fd pixel), co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v z\u00e1vislosti na velikosti objektu, je dosa\u017eeno p\u0159esnosti m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v rozsahu mikrometr\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rychle z\u00edskan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky z t\u011bchto m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt jako z\u00e1klad pro v\u010dasnou korekci v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu a optimalizaci s\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. P\u0159esnost nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch nezpracovan\u00fdch dat ur\u010duje p\u0159esnost v\u0161ech n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch vyhodnocen\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b stability syst\u00e9mu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00fd je optimalizov\u00e1n pro specifick\u00e9 aplikace, je zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dat kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9mu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm CT. Pro dosa\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, respektive k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed algoritmu pro v\u00fdpo\u010det objemu dat, je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v \u00favahu a korigovat nevyhnuteln\u00e9 fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky CT skenov\u00e1n\u00ed, jako je nap\u0159. \u201ebeam hardening\u201c \u201ezes\u00edlen\u00ed rentgenov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed\u201c. Ty jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed softwarov\u00fdch modul\u016f pro optim\u00e1ln\u00ed vyhodnocen\u00ed objemu dat, v\u010detn\u011b modelingu sou\u010d\u00e1stky, DIN\/ISO kompatibiln\u00edho geometrick\u00e9ho k\u00f3tov\u00e1n\u00ed (dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed) apod. Nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 data vytvo\u0159en\u00e1 pomoc\u00ed povrchov\u00e9 extrakce, jsou p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bna k norm\u00e1ln\u00edm standard\u016fm s vyu\u017eit\u00edm DKD (Deutscher Kalibrierdienst) \u2013 certifikovan\u00fdch etalon\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Sb\u011br dat<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Efektivn\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed naskenov\u00e1n\u00edm \u0159ady 2D rentgenov\u00fdch sn\u00edmk\u016f. Proto je vzorek um\u00edst\u011bn na \u017eulov\u00e9m, p\u0159esn\u00e9m manipula\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu a b\u011bhem m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed se oto\u010d\u00ed typicky o 360\u00b0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2D obraz je typicky sn\u00edm\u00e1n p\u0159i oto\u010dce o &lt;0,5\u00b0. Kvalita po\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch dat, a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i p\u0159esnost v\u0161ech n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch vyhodnocen\u00ed, je v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivn\u011bna ostrost\u00ed rentgenov\u00fdch obraz\u016f, kter\u00e1 je krom\u011b p\u0159esnosti a stability manipula\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed siln\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na kvalit\u011b rentgenov\u00e9ho zdroje a detektoru. Je proto nutno \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm efektivn\u011bji CT m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m provede tento prvn\u00ed krok, t\u00edm je m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Rekonstrukce prostorov\u00e9ho obrazu <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158ada prostorov\u00fdch dat zku\u0161ebn\u00edho vzorku je generov\u00e1na z nezpracovan\u00fdch dat pomoc\u00ed numerick\u00e9 metody rekonstrukce filtrovan\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u00e9 projekce. Pro dosa\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed by rekonstrukce algoritmu m\u011bla br\u00e1t v \u00favahu a opravit fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed jevy p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 b\u011bhem z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prvotn\u00edch dat v 1. kroku, jako je zes\u00edlen\u00ed rentgenov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a tepeln\u00e1 rozta\u017enost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Generace dat pro vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed povrchu <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je povrch z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n z objemov\u00fdch dat (spole\u010dn\u00fd ASCII mrak bod\u016f nebo STL povrch) pro import do 3D kontroln\u00edho softwaru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Hodnocen\u00ed a anal\u00fdza (virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed sou\u0159adnicov\u00fd m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed stroj) <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Po importu dat z povrchu vzorku do softwaru pro 3D anal\u00fdzu mohou b\u00fdt provedeny je\u0161t\u011b dodate\u010dn\u00e9 kroky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed (2).
