Jedn\u00e1 se o slou\u010den\u00ed \u0159ady V160C a \u0159ady V230T hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f. Slou\u010den\u00edm t\u011bchto dvou \u0159ad z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 v\u00e1lec \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch parametr\u016f, kter\u00fd p\u0159ed\u010d\u00ed ob\u011b \u0159ady. V tuto chv\u00edli je mo\u017en\u00e9 konstatovat, \u017ee standardn\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 \u0159ady V160C <strong>z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed tlaky a 100% kompatibilitu s \u0159adou ISO 10\/260 a men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1stavbov\u00e9 rozm\u011bry.<\/strong> St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u0159ady V230T z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry, kompatibiln\u00ed rozm\u011bry s ISO v\u00e1lci a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed <strong>po\u0159izovac\u00ed cenu<\/strong>. Ob\u011b \u0159ady u\u017eivatel\u016f pak spole\u010dn\u011b z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed normalizovan\u00e9 rozm\u011bry dle ISO 10\/260, <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odolnost v\u016f\u010di tlakov\u00fdm r\u00e1z\u016fm a hlavn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b krat\u0161\u00ed dodac\u00ed lh\u016fty<\/strong>. Rychlost dod\u00e1vek se v posledn\u00ed \u2013 nutno podotknout hektick\u00e9 \u2013 dob\u011b st\u00e1vaj\u00ed nejen nutnost\u00ed, ale z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdznamu. Abychom mohli p\u0159ej\u00edt k technick\u00fdm detail\u016fm<br>nov\u00e9 \u0159ady hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f V215CR, je nutno se nejprve pono\u0159it do teorie t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, a to v podob\u011b statick\u00e9 a dynamick\u00e9 t\u011bsnosti, materi\u00e1l\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch na t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a z\u00e1stavby<br>t\u011bsnic\u00edch prvk\u016f v kombinaci s doporu\u010den\u00fdmi teplotami, tlaky a hlavn\u011b chemickou odolnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hlavn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria pro volbu dynamick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>:<br>\u2022 tlak<br>\u2022 teplota<br>\u2022 kluzn\u00e1 rychlost<br>\u2022 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00e9 m\u00e9dium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Chemick\u00e1 odolnost <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed dod\u00e1van\u00e9 firmou VEGA je v obecn\u00e9 rovin\u011b mo\u017eno definovat jako dvojstup\u0148ov\u00e9, skl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed se z Vitonov\u00e9ho O-krou\u017eku a dotla\u010dovac\u00edho dynamick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed  z materi\u00e1lu PTFE + bronz. Tato kombinace obecn\u011b determinuje parametry pou\u017eit\u00ed. <br><br><strong>PTFE <\/strong><br>Zkratka PTFE ozna\u010duje v technick\u00e9 praxi teflon (polytetrafluoretylen), nebo tak\u00e9 materi\u00e1l s obchodn\u00edm n\u00e1zvem DyneonTM, Ur\u010dit\u011b ho tak\u00e9 v\u0161ichni znaj\u00ed pod ozna\u010den\u00edm <strong>Gore-TEX.<\/strong> Tento materi\u00e1l se vyzna\u010duje vysokou molekulovou hmotnost\u00ed a obsahuje atomy uhl\u00edku a fluoru s vysokou pevnostn\u00ed vazbou. Tato vazba pak definuje charakteristick\u00e9 vlastnosti teflonu:<br>\u2022 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed chemick\u00e1 odolnost<br>\u2022 velmi dobr\u00e1 odolnost v\u016f\u010di vysok\u00fdm<br>teplot\u00e1m<br>\u2022 velmi dobr\u00e1 odolnost v\u016f\u010di st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<br>\u2022 n\u00edzk\u00e1 nas\u00e1kavost a odolnost v\u016f\u010di rozpou\u0161t\u011bdl\u016fm<br>\u2022 velmi dobr\u00e9 kluzn\u00e9 vlastnosti (co\u017e je pro hydraulick\u00e9 v\u00e1lce velmi podstatn\u00e1 vlastnost)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Viton<\/strong><br>Dotla\u010dovac\u00ed O-krou\u017eky se standardn\u011b dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed z materi\u00e1lu Viton (standard firmy VEGA, kter\u00e1 se specializuje na hydraulick\u00e9 v\u00e1lce pro dynamick\u00e9 pohyby u forem na plasty<br>a lehk\u00e9 kovy.) Ob\u010das se v technick\u00e9 praxi pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 i materi\u00e1l BR nebo NBR. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka tedy zn\u00ed: pro\u010d Viton a ne b\u011b\u017en\u011b nab\u00edzen\u00fd NBR? \u00davodem je t\u0159eba konstatovat, \u017ee pro dynamick\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nen\u00ed nasazen\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho O-krou\u017eku vhodn\u00e9, a\u0165 u\u017e je O-krou\u017eek vyroben z jak\u00e9hokoliv materi\u00e1lu. O-krou\u017eek slou\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b jako dotla\u010dovac\u00ed element dynamick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. P\u0159i kluzn\u00e9m pohybu je toti\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b samotn\u00e9ho O-krou\u017eku zt\u00ed\u017eeno maz\u00e1n\u00ed, tedy p\u0159\u00edtomnost mazac\u00edho filmu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Volba t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed jen sou\u010det vlastnost\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch t\u011bsnic\u00edch krou\u017ek\u016f, ale je z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na aplika\u010dn\u00ed dr\u00e1\u017ece. Zde lze naj\u00edt mnoho rozd\u00edl\u016f mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobci hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f. Rozd\u00edly se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed jak zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed aplika\u010dn\u00edch dr\u00e1\u017eek pro t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, tak i kvality povrchu a velikosti t\u011bsnic\u00ed sp\u00e1ry. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobce hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f se mus\u00ed sna\u017eit tyto parametry vybalancovat a naj\u00edt optim\u00e1ln\u00ed &#8222;kompromis&#8220; mezi funk\u010dnost\u00ed a cenou fin\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdrobku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6>Souvislosti mezi drsnost\u00ed povrchu, t\u0159en\u00edm a ot\u011brem<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>U hydraulick\u00fdch v\u00e1lc\u016f je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 tzv. dynamick\u00e1 t\u011bsnost. O dynamick\u00e9 t\u011bsnosti hovo\u0159\u00edme, pokud je olejov\u00fd film, nata\u017een\u00fd pohybem p\u00edstnice, zcela vr\u00e1cen zp\u011bt do tlakov\u00e9ho prostoru. Zde je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd vhodn\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br st\u00edrac\u00edch krou\u017ek\u016f v kombinaci se spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm profilem t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed (1). Tlou\u0161\u0165ka olejov\u00e9ho filmu je d\u00e1na materi\u00e1lem, typem a tvarem t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, kvalitou povrchu, viskozitou tlakov\u00e9ho oleje a relativn\u00ed rychlost\u00ed. Velkou roli zde hraje hraje relativn\u00ed rychlost pohybu mezi t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00edm a kluznou plochou v z\u00e1vislosti na tlaku a teplot\u011b. Jak je vid\u011bt na obr\u00e1zku \u010d. 4, p\u0159i tlaku na O-krou\u017eek m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k jeho vtla\u010den\u00ed do t\u011bsnic\u00ed sp\u00e1ry. \u010c\u00edm je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlakov\u00e1 \u0161pi\u010dka, nebo doba p\u016fsoben\u00ed tlaku, t\u00edm hloub\u011bji krou\u017eek do sp\u00e1ry pronik\u00e1. P\u0159i odleh\u010den\u00ed (tlak p\u0159estane p\u016fsobit) O-kou\u017eek nabude na objemu a vtla\u010den\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st je defacto \u201eodst\u0159ihnuta\u201c od krou\u017eku. V\u00fd\u0161ka kluzn\u00e9ho (pohybov\u00e9ho) t\u0159en\u00ed je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 hlavn\u011b na rychlosti a tvorb\u011b mazac\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho filmu (5). P\u0159i nevhodn\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch a pomalej\u0161\u00edch pohybech tedy m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet k poru\u0161en\u00ed mazac\u00edho filmu. Tento jev dostal n\u00e1zev \u201estick-slip\u201c. Jedn\u00e1 se o pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 tvo\u0159en\u00ed a p\u0159eru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed mazac\u00edho filmu, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke kombinaci kluzn\u00e9ho a klidov\u00e9ho t\u0159en\u00ed mezi kluznou plochou a t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00edm. Dynamick\u00e1 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed obecn\u011b pracuj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v oblastech sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9ho t\u0159en\u00ed. Aby se p\u0159ede\u0161lo stick-slip efektu, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 firma VEGA dynamick\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed PTFE + bronz, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed kluzn\u00e9 vlastnosti, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v kombinaci s le\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdmi nebo v\u00e1le\u010dkovan\u00fdmi kluzn\u00fdmi povrchy.<em><br><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Kombinace t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed pro p\u00edst a p\u00edstnici <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Soubor t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed p\u00edstu a p\u00edstnice se tedy skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b VEGA v\u00e1lc\u016f tedy z dynamick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed PTFE + bronz a statick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed z Vitonu. O-krou\u017eek z Vitonu zaji\u0161\u0165uje statick\u00e9 ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed prostoru dr\u00e1\u017eky, zat\u00edmco t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed PTFE + bronz p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 dynamickou slo\u017eku tlaku. D\u00edky dotla\u010dovac\u00edmu O-krou\u017eku z Vitonu doch\u00e1z\u00ed vlivem hydraulick\u00e9ho tlaku p\u0159es deformaci krou\u017eku k p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9 tlakov\u00e9 s\u00edle sm\u011brem ven z aplika\u010dn\u00ed dr\u00e1\u017eky na dynamick\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed PTFE + bronz. T\u00edmto se p\u0159i zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm se tlaku zved\u00e1 tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtla\u010dn\u00e1 s\u00edla na dynamickou slo\u017eku. P\u0159ednost\u00ed kombinovan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je v podstat\u011b shodn\u00e9 ve statick\u00e9m i v dynamick\u00e9m rozsahu tlaku. D\u00edky t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti (a d\u00edky kombinaci materi\u00e1l\u016f PTFE + bronz) se zamezuje stick-slip efektu. M\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00fd koeficient t\u0159en\u00ed, co\u017e spolu s hladk\u00fdm povrchem minimalizuje t\u0159ec\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty a minimalizuje n\u00e1r\u016fst teploty uvnit\u0159 pracovn\u00edho prostoru.<br><br>D\u00edky n\u00edzk\u00e9mu koeficientu t\u0159en\u00ed a dobr\u00e9 tvorb\u011b mazac\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho filmu, je s\u00edla nutn\u00e1 pro uveden\u00ed do pohybu minimalizov\u00e1na. T\u00edm se sni\u017euj\u00ed dynamick\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky p\u0159i startu syst\u00e9mu.<br>Syst\u00e9m t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a veden\u00ed p\u00edstu je dopln\u011bn dv\u011bma vod\u00edc\u00edmi krou\u017eky, kter\u00e9 eliminuj\u00ed radi\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edly a udr\u017euj\u00ed rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed p\u00edstu. D\u00edky tomu se zabra\u0148uje vyd\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho povrchu v\u00e1lce a jednostrann\u00e9mu zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a celkov\u011b se prodlu\u017euje \u017eivotnost v\u00e1lce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Tlumen\u00ed a odvzdu\u0161n\u011bn\u00ed<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h6>Odveden\u00ed vzduchu z pracovn\u00edho prostoru v\u00e1lce <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby bylo zaru\u010deno odveden\u00ed vzduchu z pracovn\u00edho prostoru hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce, je t\u0159eba dodr\u017eet technick\u00fd postup zapojov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1lc\u016f a napln\u011bn\u00ed pracovn\u00edho prostoru. Seri\u00f3zn\u00ed dodavatel\u00e9 v\u00e1lc\u016f (jako nap\u0159\u00edklad VEGA)  kontroluj\u00ed p\u0159ed expedic\u00ed 100 % sv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Expedice prob\u00edh\u00e1 se zasunutou p\u00edstnic\u00ed. Nad p\u00edstem (okolo p\u00edstnice) je tedy vzduch a pod p\u00edstem je z\u016fstatkov\u00fd olej, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ani vhodn\u00e9 z v\u00e1lce odebrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6>Utlumen\u00ed kinetick\u00e9 energie koncov\u00fdch poloh <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee probl\u00e9my u dynamick\u00fdch pohyb\u016f v\u00e1lc\u016f ned\u011bl\u00e1 rychlost, ale zrychlen\u00ed. Tato hodnota nab\u00fdv\u00e1 na v\u00fdznamu zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v korelaci s hmotnost\u00ed pohybovan\u00e9ho<br>d\u00edlu (\u010delisti). D\u00e1le je tlumen\u00ed doporu\u010deno nad rychlost pohybu v\u00e1lce  0,1m\/sec. Tato na prvn\u00ed pohled nepatrn\u00e1 rychlost se d\u00e1 interpretovat jako pon\u011bkud p\u0159edstaviteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<br>rychlost 0,36 km\/hod, respektive 360m\/hodinu, co\u017e je rychlost zna\u010dn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm aspektem, kter\u00fd se u v\u00e1lc\u016f \u0159e\u0161\u00ed a kter\u00fd souvis\u00ed s odvzdu\u0161n\u011bn\u00edm, je kinetick\u00e1 energie pohybovan\u00e9 hmoty (p\u00edst + p\u00edstnice + \u010delist \u2013 d\u00e1le bude ozna\u010dov\u00e1no jako<br>hmota PP\u010c). D\u00e1le je pot\u0159eba<br>zv\u00e1\u017eit, jak\u00fd tlak bude v\u00e1lec zachycovat p\u0159i vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu do dutiny formy. D\u016fle\u017eitost tohoto parametru vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u00edky mo\u017enosti pohybu \u010delisti mimo cyklus otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed formy, proto\u017ee u del\u0161\u00edch cykl\u016f m\u016f\u017ee \u010das chodu hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce (odformov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010delisti) negativn\u011b ovlivnit celkovou d\u00e9lku vst\u0159ikovac\u00edho cyklu. Je proto pot\u0159eba db\u00e1t na spr\u00e1vnou kalkulaci rychlosti pohybu a na kontrolu tlumen\u00ed kinetick\u00e9 energie cel\u00e9 pohybovan\u00e9 sestavy. Rychlost pohybu je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd faktor pro \u017eivotnost hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6>Teplota<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Formy na plasty a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pak na hlin\u00edk jsou extr\u00e9mn\u011b tepeln\u011b nam\u00e1han\u00e9 sestavy.
