Ivan Cimr, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel, SolidCAM CZ s.r.o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Co je to iMachining?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>iMachining\u2122 je produktivn\u00ed algoritmus v\u00fdpo\u010dtu drah n\u00e1stroje v CAM programu SolidCAM (InventorCAM). Dr\u00e1ha je tvo\u0159ena tak, \u017ee amplituda \u0159ezn\u00e9 s\u00edly m\u00e1 jen \u00fazk\u00e9 p\u00e1smo rozkmitu a jsou vylou\u010deny extr\u00e9mn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky v zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1stroje. To umo\u017e\u0148uje vyu\u017e\u00edt vysok\u00fdch maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch \u0159ezn\u00fdch rychlost\u00ed v cel\u00e9m rozsahu obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed a doch\u00e1z\u00ed celkov\u011b k \u00faspo\u0159e \u010dasu, k men\u0161\u00edmu opot\u0159eben\u00ed n\u00e1stroje a stroje. iMachining\u2122 obsahuje \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch algoritm\u016f, jako look-ahead (p\u0159edv\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed) ke zohledn\u011bn\u00ed problematick\u00fdch oblast\u00ed (nap\u0159. tenk\u00fdch \u017eeber), nebo step-up (krok nahoru) pro produktivn\u00ed 3D hrubov\u00e1n\u00ed s maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm odb\u011brem materi\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iMachining\u2122 je \u0159\u00edzen Technologick\u00fdm pr\u016fvodcem, d\u00edky n\u011bmu\u017e nab\u00edz\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00fd komfort \u2013 stanoven\u00ed vhodn\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dek a posuv\u016f pro dan\u00fd materi\u00e1l, stroj a n\u00e1stroj. Proto\u017ee pro iMachining je typick\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00fdch \u0159ezn\u00fdch hloubek, zat\u00edmco pro klasick\u00e9 hrubov\u00e1n\u00ed tvar\u016f ve vrstv\u00e1ch se sp\u00ed\u0161e pracuje s m\u011blk\u00fdm krokem v ose Z, p\u0159i\u0161li v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i s pozoruhodnou novinkou, tzv. Step-up technologi\u00ed. N\u00e1stroj odeb\u00edr\u00e1 maximum mo\u017en\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu v co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch hloubk\u00e1ch a postupn\u011b krok zkracuje na zbytkov\u00e9m materi\u00e1lu. T\u00edm se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkracuje pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha, kterou mus\u00ed n\u00e1stroj urazit. Kombinac\u00ed obou algoritm\u016f vznik\u00e1 velice produktivn\u00ed dr\u00e1ha n\u00e1stroje. 3D iMachining nen\u00ed ur\u010den pouze na hrubov\u00e1n\u00ed tvar\u016f, ale i na programov\u00e1n\u00ed klasick\u00fdch prizmatick\u00fdch stroj\u00edrensk\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f. Jeho pr\u00e1ce<br>s objemov\u00fdmi daty umo\u017e\u0148uje naprogramovat sou\u010d\u00e1st ve v\u00fdrazn\u011b krat\u0161\u00edm \u010dase ne\u017e s 2D n\u00e1stroji. I zde je p\u0159\u00ednosem bu\u010f produktivita, nebo \u0161etrnost t\u00e9to metody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>O SolidCAMu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>SolidCAM je CAM syst\u00e9m pln\u011b integrovan\u00fd v prost\u0159ed\u00ed CAD syst\u00e9mu SolidWorks. InventorCAM je obchodn\u00ed zna\u010dka stejn\u00e9ho softwaru od stejn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobce v integraci pro Autodesk Inventor. V\u00fdrobcem je spole\u010dnost SolidCAM Ltd, Izrael, kter\u00e1 vyv\u00edj\u00ed CAM software ji\u017e 29 let. SolidCAM je \u010cR dod\u00e1v\u00e1n od roku 2003, distributorem je spole\u010dnost SolidCAM CZ, s.r.o. Software je ur\u010den pro oblast CNC v\u00fdroby se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na t\u0159\u00edskov\u00e9 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, tedy fr\u00e9zov\u00e1n\u00ed, soustru\u017een\u00ed a kombinaci t\u011bchto technologi\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SolidCAM (InventorCAM) je CAM syst\u00e9m pro programov\u00e1n\u00ed CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edch stroj\u016f.
