{"id":23299,"date":"2024-09-03T08:52:46","date_gmt":"2024-09-03T08:52:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kvalitnivystrik.cz\/?p=23299"},"modified":"2024-09-03T08:52:46","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T08:52:46","slug":"opravy-nastroju-a-forem-navarovanim-metodou-ttw-od-firmy-indsatsen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kvalitnivystrik.cz\/index.php\/2024\/09\/03\/opravy-nastroju-a-forem-navarovanim-metodou-ttw-od-firmy-indsatsen\/","title":{"rendered":"Opravy n\u00e1stroj\u016f a forem nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm metodou TTW od firmy Indsatsen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>Opravy n\u00e1stroj\u016f a forem nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm metodou TTW od firmy Indsatsen <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosud zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 metody opravov\u00e1n\u00ed forem a n\u00e1stroj\u016f nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm, jako je nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed plazmou, WIG &#8211; nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed wolframovou elektrodou v ochrann\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e<br>argonu, MIG\/MAG, impulzn\u00ed mikronava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed (pl\u00e1tkov\u00e1n\u00ed), jsou sice velk\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem p\u0159i oprav\u00e1ch, p\u0159esto se u nich pot\u00fdk\u00e1me s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi nedostatky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energie p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e1 k opravovan\u00e9mu m\u00edstu b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto pro jemn\u00e9 a precizn\u00ed opravy p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1, doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zna\u010dn\u00e9mu zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1varu a jeho okol\u00ed, co\u017e se n\u00e1sledn\u011b projevuje zap\u00e1len\u00edm a zm\u011bnou struktury a t\u00edm i metalurgick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu v oblasti n\u00e1varu. N\u00e1sledkem je k\u0159ehnut\u00ed a nez\u0159\u00eddka i zm\u011bna tvaru opravovan\u00e9ho m\u00edsta. Probl\u00e9m \u010dasto b\u00fdv\u00e1<br>i v mo\u017enosti nan\u00e9st omezen\u00fd po\u010det n\u00e1varov\u00fdch  vrstev a d\u00e1le ve \u0161patn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupnosti opravovan\u00e9ho m\u00edsta, co\u017e ovliv\u0148uje kvalitu prova\u0159en\u00ed a spojen\u00ed nava\u0159ovac\u00edho a z\u00e1kladn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu.<br>P\u0159i nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed elektrick\u00fdm obloukem dosahuje teplota v m\u00edst\u011b nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e 500 \u00b0C, a i kdy\u017e se od bodu n\u00e1varu do okol\u00ed citeln\u011b sni\u017euje, tepeln\u00e9 vlivy se projevuj\u00ed a\u017e 15 mm od tohoto bodu. P\u0159i nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed laserem se materi\u00e1l tav\u00ed absorpc\u00ed a veden\u00edm tepla, vyvolan\u00e9ho laserov\u00fdm svazkem. U laserov\u00e9ho nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed je teplota v bod\u011b n\u00e1varu cca 36 \u00b0C a nezasahuje d\u00e1le ne\u017e 1,5 mm od n\u00e1varu, co\u017e je problematick\u00e9 pro pevnost spojen\u00ed a prom\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nava\u0159ovan\u00e9 vrstvy s podkladem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V praxi se u forem po oprav\u00e1ch t\u011bmito technologiemi \u010dasto n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed praskliny na opraven\u00fdch tvarech a\/nebo se cel\u00fd nava\u0159en\u00fd tvar odlom\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Mikropulsn\u00ed TTW nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed Indsatsen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i dodr\u017een\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 technologie a vhodn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu se mikropulsn\u00ed TTW nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159ad\u00ed v \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti hned vedle laserov\u00e9ho nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed; nav\u00edc v\u0161ak nab\u00edz\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enou pevnost a trvanlivost n\u00e1var\u016f. Touto technologi\u00ed lze uhl\u00edkovou ocel nejen \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b nava\u0159ovat, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu zvy\u0161ovat jej\u00ed \u017eivotnost. <br>Proces TTW nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed je rychl\u00fd a spolehliv\u00fd a n\u00edzk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00eddavky na obroben\u00ed zaru\u010duj\u00ed \u00fasporu n\u00e1klad\u016f na opracov\u00e1n\u00ed renovovan\u00e9ho d\u00edlu. Metoda TTW nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed k nejm\u00e9n\u011b destruktivn\u00edm oprav\u00e1m forem, razn\u00edk\u016f, razidel atd. ze v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch dostupn\u00fdch technologi\u00ed. TTW n\u00e1var vznik\u00e1 v d\u016fsledku p\u016fsoben\u00ed mikropulsn\u00edho elektrick\u00e9ho oblouku na materi\u00e1l,<br>kter\u00fd se natav\u00ed a do m\u00edsta nataven\u00ed se p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu vytvo\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1var. D\u00edky mal\u00e9mu teplen\u00e9mu ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed lze metodou TTW nava\u0159ovat velmi jemn\u00e9 detaily a drobn\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti, ani\u017e by se sou\u010d\u00e1st zdeformovala \u010di po\u0161kodila. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>V\u00fdhody TTW nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Materi\u00e1l nen\u00ed t\u0159eba p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvat<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>\u0160irok\u00e9 spektrum kompatibiln\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b slitin hlin\u00edku, bronzu a litiny (ampco) <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k deformaci sou\u010d\u00e1sti vlivem teploty<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Vysok\u00e1 flexibilita a opakovatelnost<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Snadn\u00e1 manipulace, mobilita a rychlost procesu<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Pomoc\u00ed p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f lze ovliv\u0148ovat budouc\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1varu a jeho povrchovou kvalitu<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed por\u00e9znost n\u00e1varu a s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed dobr\u00e1 le\u0161titelnost a shodn\u00e1 barva s opravovan\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nepot\u0159ebujete sv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00ed pr\u016fkaz<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161ude tam, kde pot\u0159ebujeme p\u0159i oprav\u00e1ch \u010di technologick\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b forem pou\u017e\u00edt nava\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed okol\u00ed sv\u00e1ru jen m\u00edrn\u011b tepeln\u011b zat\u00ed\u017eit, tak v ten okam\u017eik m\u016f\u017eeme vyu\u017e\u00edt metodu TTW nava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a taky sortiment n\u00e1varov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f od firmy Indsatsen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vlastnosti t\u011bchto n\u00e1varov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f byly d\u016fkladn\u011b prov\u011b\u0159eny ka\u017edodenn\u00ed prax\u00ed v n\u00e1stroj\u00e1rn\u00e1ch v N\u011bmecku, zem\u00edch Beneluxu a d\u00e1le ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku a D\u00e1nsku.
