Syst\u00e9m VISI je unik\u00e1tn\u00ed v tom, \u017ee pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u0161echny aspekty v\u00fdroby vst\u0159ikovac\u00edch forem \u2013 od tvorby modelu,<br>modelov\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy, p\u0159es simulaci te\u010den\u00ed a\u017e po v\u00fdrobu. \u0160irok\u00e1 nab\u00eddka mo\u017enost\u00ed na\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed 3D model\u016f umo\u017e\u0148uje na\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed CAD soubor\u016f v t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jak\u00e9mkoliv form\u00e1tu, jednodu\u0161e lze zpracovat tak\u00e9 velmi objemn\u00e9 modely. VISI nativn\u011b na\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 CAD soubory form\u00e1tu Parasolid, IGES, CATIA V4 a V5, Pro-E, UGX, STEP, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, ACIS, DXF, DWG, STL a VDA. Pokud p\u0159i importu takov\u00e9ho souboru chyb\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st modelu, VISI disponuje n\u00e1stroji pro rychlou opravu po\u0161kozen\u00fdch 3D model\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>V\u00fdroba forem<br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Konstrukce forem je ve VISI jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed d\u00edky pou\u017eit\u00ed parametrick\u00e9 struktury, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed konstrukt\u00e9rovi rychlou tvorbu formy. D\u00edky vyu\u017eit\u00ed knihovny norm\u00e1li\u00ed od p\u0159edn\u00edch<br>dodavatel\u016f jsou nav\u00edc opakovan\u00e9 \u00fakony konstrukt\u00e9ra zna\u010dn\u011b redukov\u00e1ny. Princip sd\u00edlen\u00ed dat, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m m\u00e1 konstrukt\u00e9r p\u0159\u00edstup jak ke glob\u00e1ln\u00edm dat\u016fm formy, tak k  individu\u00e1ln\u00edm parametr\u016fm jednotliv\u00fdch desek, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed rychlou modifikaci formy. \u0158\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bn prob\u00edh\u00e1 tak, \u017ee jak\u00e1koliv zm\u011bna desek automaticky provede v\u0161echny zm\u011bny n\u00e1vazn\u00e9 geometrie \u2013 norm\u00e1li\u00ed. Kusovn\u00edk se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed automaticky a lze jej exportovat jako extern\u00ed dokument pro dal\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed, jako je sestaven\u00ed objedn\u00e1vek d\u00edl\u016f a norm\u00e1li\u00ed, jako sou\u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdkresov\u00e9 dokumentace.<br>P\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm konstruov\u00e1n\u00edm formy lze ve VISI spustit anal\u00fdzu procesu vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed taveniny do formy. V\u00fdsledkem t\u00e9to anal\u00fdzy je zhodnocen\u00ed pln\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed formy a upozorn\u011bn\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 deformace, studen\u00e9 spoje \u010di vzduchov\u00e9 kapsy. V\u00fdstupem anal\u00fdzy je lokalizace vtok\u016f a zobrazen\u00ed rozvodu taveniny ve form\u011b, pr\u016ftoku chladic\u00ed kapaliny a rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed chladic\u00edch kan\u00e1l\u016f. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed anal\u00fdzy lze za\u010d\u00edt s konstrukc\u00ed formy. P\u0159edv\u00fdrobn\u00ed a pov\u00fdrobn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy jsou zajist\u00e9 velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, ale nejsou-li vzta\u017eeny k cel\u00e9mu procesu, nemohou zaru\u010dit kompletn\u00ed optimalizaci d\u00edlu\/v\u00fdst\u0159iku\/formy a jim odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edho v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu. To lze zajistit pouze prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm integrovan\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy. V r\u00e1mci konstruk\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti VISI naleznete modul VISI Electrode, co\u017e je  automatizovan\u00fd modul pro tvorbu a spr\u00e1vu elektrod a jejich dr\u017e\u00e1k\u016f pro razantn\u00ed zrychlen\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed produktivity n\u00e1vrhu a v\u00fdroby elektrod. Na rozd\u00edl od standardn\u00edch konstruk\u010dn\u00edch aplikac\u00ed je VISI Progress \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a produktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i konstrukci t\u011bchto n\u00e1stroj\u016f, nebo\u0165 ji\u017e b\u011bhem pr\u00e1ce eliminuje riziko vzniku konstruk\u010dn\u00edch chyb.
