Samotn\u00e9 funkce jsou identick\u00e9, av\u0161ak v rozd\u00edln\u00e9m proveden\u00ed t\u011bla ejektor\u016f. Ejektory jsou vyrobeny z pevn\u00e9 hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 matrice a jsou vybaveny dv\u011bma nez\u00e1visle nastaviteln\u00fdmi ventily pro ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvodu stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu a odfuku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le maj\u00ed oba ejektory integrovanou dvoustup\u0148ovou vakuovou cartridge (X PRO \u2013 LARGE verze \/ X ONE \u2013 MEDIUM verze), kterou lze jednodu\u0161e vyjmout a vy\u010distit, tak\u017ee se v\u00e1m nestane, \u017ee si p\u0159i jej\u00edm zanesen\u00ed mus\u00edte koupit nov\u00fd ejektor. Cartridge lze m\u011bnit v z\u00e1vislosti na aplikaci, tedy na tom, zda se jedn\u00e1 o por\u00e9zn\u00ed, nebo nepor\u00e9zn\u00ed materi\u00e1l. Vestav\u011bn\u00fd tlumi\u010d hluku zajist\u00ed, \u017ee ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu nep\u0159es\u00e1hnete hodnotu 70 dB. P\u0159edn\u00ed panel obsahuje displej s jednoduch\u00fdm ovl\u00e1dac\u00edm menu. Ejektor je \u0159\u00edzen skrze konektor s osmi piny a M12 z\u00e1vitem pro verzi X PRO; verze X ONE m\u00e1 konektor M8\/8 PIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V menu displeje m\u016f\u017eeme naj\u00edt nastaven\u00ed pro PNP\/NPN (pozn.: jen X PRO, pro X ONE je mo\u017en\u00e9 si p\u0159ed objedn\u00e1n\u00edm zvolit preferovanou verzi) a tak\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed hladiny vakua, kter\u00e1 d\u00e1le slou\u017e\u00ed jako v\u00fdstupn\u00ed sign\u00e1l pro detekci p\u0159\u00edtomnosti kusu. Nastaviteln\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hladina vakua ur\u010duje, kdy m\u00e1 ejektor vypnout a zapnout p\u0159\u00edvod stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e tato hladina vakua z\u00e1rove\u0148 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0161et\u0159\u00edc\u00ed re\u017eim. D\u00edky funkci AUTO EXCLUDE dok\u00e1\u017ee ejektor s\u00e1m posoudit, nakolik je dan\u00fd materi\u00e1l por\u00e9zn\u00ed, a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch net\u011bsnost\u00ed s\u00e1m vypnout<br>\u00fasporn\u00fd re\u017eim, aby \u0161et\u0159il \u017eivotnost vestav\u011bn\u00fdch ventil\u016f. Nezaost\u00e1v\u00e1 ani v rychlosti a je vhodn\u00fd i pro PICK&amp;PLACE aplikace. Tzv. BLOW OFF (odfuk) lze \u0159\u00eddit sign\u00e1lem p\u0159\u00edmo od robota BLW(I) \u2013 INPUT; sign\u00e1l lze u\u0161et\u0159it a v menu displeje p\u0159epnout re\u017eim na automatick\u00fd BLW(A) \u2013 AUTO, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se odfuk spust\u00ed po vypnut\u00ed ventilu na p\u0159\u00edvod stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu. Jeho intenzitu nastav\u00edte mechanicky, s pomoc\u00ed regul\u00e1toru na p\u0159edn\u00edm panelu, rychlost pak lze nastavit v menu displeje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u0159ebujete-li ovl\u00e1dat v\u00edce okruh\u016f, ejektory si m\u016f\u017eete zapojit do s\u00e9rie. V s\u00e9riov\u00e9m zapojen\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt najednou a\u017e 4 vakuov\u00e9 jednotky (X PRO), s mo\u017enost\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvodu stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu bu\u010f jedn\u00edm kan\u00e1lem, nebo samostatn\u011b pro ka\u017edou jednotku. Ejektory nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m ani s manipulac\u00ed s kovov\u00fdmi deskami, sklem, plasty \u010di por\u00e9zn\u00edmi aplikacemi (zde \u00faspora stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu ztr\u00e1c\u00ed v\u00fdznam, jeliko\u017e ejektor pot\u0159ebuje b\u00fdt ut\u011bsn\u011bn a por\u00e9zn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly se vyzna\u010duj\u00ed vysokou net\u011bsnost\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed spot\u0159eba stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu je 156 Nl\/min pro X PRO a 58 Nl\/min pro X ONE (nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fd provoz). Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nepor\u00e9zn\u00ed aplikace (nap\u0159. kov, sklo, plast) se zapnut\u00edm \u00fasporn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u0161et\u0159\u00ed spot\u0159eba. P\u0159i v\u00fdpadku proudu \u010di p\u0159\u00edvodu stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu pak ejektor udr\u017e\u00ed t\u011bsn\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt po dobu rovnou \u010dasu mezi nastaven\u00fdmi hladinami vakua (min\/max). Dal\u0161\u00ed inteligentn\u00ed funkc\u00ed ejektor\u016f je AES neboli automatick\u00fd \u00fasporn\u00fd re\u017eim. Dal\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdden se tot\u00e9\u017e m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed realizovalo na ejektoru EJ \u2013 X PRO. V\u00fdsledky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed jasn\u011b potvrdily \u00fasporu stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu o 81 %. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u00faspora je t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm l\u00e9pe je ut\u011bsn\u011bna dan\u00e9 aplikace (uchopova\u010d). Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm faktorem je odlad\u011bn\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho procesu manipulace, kdy nesm\u00ed doch\u00e1zet k tomu, \u017ee bude ejektor p\u0159i zastaven\u00ed v\u00fdroby nas\u00e1vat zbyte\u010dn\u011b, bez uchopen\u00e9ho produktu. Spojili jsme se s firmou KUBOU\u0160EK, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m poskytla dvoudenn\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho<br>ejektoru p\u0159\u00edmo s robotem SEPRO a vypracovala kvalitn\u00ed dokumentaci k obsluze ejektoru s dan\u00fdm robotem. Dokumentace obsahuje sch\u00e9ma elektrick\u00e9ho zapojen\u00ed \u00fasporn\u00e9ho ejektoru s robotem.
