Pavol Alexy, PhD. \u2013 PANARA, a.s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NonOilen\u00ae je ekologick\u00e1 alternativa, kterou lze pou\u017e\u00edt v r\u016fzn\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch jako n\u00e1hradu b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch plastov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f vyroben\u00fdch z ropy. Jedn\u00e1 se o progresivn\u00ed 100% biologicky odbourateln\u00fd materi\u00e1l z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. N\u00e1zev NonOilen\u00ae vznikl spojen\u00edm t\u0159\u00ed slov &#8211; NON &#8211; OIL &#8211; Environmental. Jeho hlavn\u00edm poselstv\u00edm je \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee \u201eto jde i bez ropy\u201c. NonOilen\u00ae je polymern\u00ed sm\u011bs, kter\u00e1 se nikdy nestane odpadem, proto\u017ee se na konci sv\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti zm\u011bn\u00ed na biomasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b bioplastu NonOilen\u00ae byl zvolen nekompromisn\u00ed, pln\u011b ekologick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed suroviny pro v\u00fdrobu NonOilen\u00ae poch\u00e1zej\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, polymern\u00ed z\u00e1klad tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm PLA, PHA, zejm\u00e9na PHB a jeho kopolymery, alternativn\u011b lze pou\u017e\u00edt termoplastick\u00fd \u0161krob (TPS). Organick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady (pokud jsou pou\u017eity), jsou v\u0161echny pln\u011b biologicky odbourateln\u00e9 a tak\u00e9 kompostovateln\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobek z bioplastu NonOilen\u00ae je pln\u011b kompostovateln\u00fd v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m kompostu. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed typy se rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed tak\u00e9 v dom\u00e1c\u00edm<br>kompostu nebo v p\u016fd\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NonOilen\u00ae nem\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv na p\u0159irozenou aktivitu kompostu a nezne\u010di\u0161\u0165uje ho. Je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edho kolob\u011bhu uhl\u00edku. Materi\u00e1ly NonOilen\u00ae se rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly. Rozklad je v\u00fdsledkem biochemick\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f v kompostu nebo p\u016fd\u011b. Na rozd\u00edl od bioplast\u016f dostupn\u00fdch na trhu se NonOilen\u00ae skute\u010dn\u011b rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 na vodu, nefosiln\u00ed oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a biomasu v biologicky aktivn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ani\u017e by v prost\u0159ed\u00ed zanech\u00e1val mikroplasty. D\u00edky n\u011bmu podporujeme my\u0161lenku \u201evr\u00e1tit p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b to, co jsme j\u00ed vzali\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako jedna z m\u00e1la ekologick\u00fdch n\u00e1hrad plast\u016f je NonOilen\u00ae pln\u011b recyklovateln\u00fd v syst\u00e9mu recyklace materi\u00e1l\u016f, co\u017e umo\u017en\u00ed prodlou\u017eit jeho \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus. Na rozd\u00edl od klasick\u00fdch syntetick\u00fdch plast\u016f je materi\u00e1lov\u00e1 recyklace v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b NonOilen\u00ae skute\u010dn\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, proto\u017ee nerecyklovateln\u00fd zbytek NonOilen\u00ae lze kompostovat bez negativn\u00edho dopadu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus NonOilen\u00ae uzav\u0159e tam, kde za\u010dal &#8211; v p\u016fd\u011b. Jedn\u00e1 se o pln\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 ekologick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v oblasti nov\u00fdch ekologick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdrobci se nemus\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat vlastnostem NonOilen\u00ae, proto\u017ee tento materi\u00e1l se upravuje podle po\u017eadavk\u016f na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spektrum kompostovateln\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f opravdu pestr\u00e9. Podle na\u0161eho n\u00e1zoru vede tento p\u0159\u00edstup k udr\u017eiteln\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e1 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky rychle, efektivn\u011b a v souladu s po\u017eadavky sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho trhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Aplikace<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 zpracovatelsk\u00e9 vlastnosti a velmi variabiln\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed a mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti \u010din\u00ed z NonOilen\u00ae \u0161iroce pou\u017eiteln\u00fd polymern\u00ed materi\u00e1l v\u0161ude tam, kde je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 ekologie a ochrana<br>\u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1hradou plast\u016f s kr\u00e1tkou \u017eivotnost\u00ed pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 segmenty od b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch obal\u016f, jako jsou pytle, s\u00e1\u010dky, blistry, sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 a spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 obaly, obaly pro potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl a r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky spot\u0159ebn\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu a\u017e po sofistikovan\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pro medic\u00ednu a tk\u00e1\u0148ov\u00e9 in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed. P\u0159i vhodn\u00e9 kombinaci slo\u017een\u00ed sm\u011bsi NonOilen\u00ae spolu s technologi\u00ed jej\u00ed v\u00fdroby m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit bu\u010f jako vysoce tuh\u00fd, nebo vysoce pru\u017en\u00fd materi\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NonOilen\u00ae je vhodn\u00fd pro standardn\u00ed technologie zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f, jako jsou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li><li>v\u00fdroba f\u00f3li\u00ed (vyfukov\u00e1n\u00ed, lit\u00ed)<\/li><li>tepeln\u00e9 tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li><li>3D tisk<\/li><li>vyfukov\u00e1n\u00ed dut\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (EBM, IBM)<\/li><li>technick\u00e9 tkaniny (zejm\u00e9na pro zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 aplikace)<\/li><li>vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li><li>zvl\u00e1k\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed taveniny<\/li><li>vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed <\/li><li>netkan\u00e9 textilie<\/li><li>laminov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li><li>v\u00fdroba desek<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NonOilen\u00ae je velmi dob\u0159e zpracovateln\u00fd vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm. Lze jej pou\u017e\u00edt pro v\u00fdrobu r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, jako jsou hrnky, hra\u010dky, p\u0159\u00edbory, l\u00e1hve, misky atd. To umo\u017e\u0148uje navrhovat v\u00fdrobky NonOilen\u00ae pro opakovan\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed s mo\u017enost\u00ed sanitace v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch my\u010dk\u00e1ch. Existuj\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed<br>typy materi\u00e1lu NonOilen\u00ae s velmi dobr\u00fdmi bari\u00e9rov\u00fdmi vlastnostmi v\u016f\u010di vod\u011b a kysl\u00edku ur\u010den\u00e9 pro balen\u00ed potravin citliv\u00fdch na oxidaci a vlhkost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed NonOilen\u00ae nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. NonOilen\u00ae se dod\u00e1v\u00e1 ve form\u011b pelet, kter\u00e9 lze zpracov\u00e1vat b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi technologiemi ur\u010den\u00fdmi pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed termoplastick\u00fdch polymer\u016f. Pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed NonOilen\u00ae vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm se doporu\u010duje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: Teplota taveniny by nem\u011bla p\u0159ekro\u010dit 190 \u00b0C, optim\u00e1ln\u011b by se m\u011bla pohybovat v rozmez\u00ed 155 a\u017e 165 \u00b0C (plastika\u010dn\u00ed v\u00e1lec) a 175 \u00b0C na trysce. Teplota formy se doporu\u010duje v rozmez\u00ed 30 a\u017e 70 \u00b0C, v z\u00e1vislosti na slo\u017een\u00ed materi\u00e1lu a geometrii v\u00fdrobku. Pokud nen\u00ed homogenita taveniny dokonal\u00e1 (neroztaven\u00e9 pelety), doporu\u010duje se sp\u00ed\u0161e vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed protitlak ne\u017e vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplota. Doporu\u010duje se tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt hork\u00e9 vtoky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NonOilen\u00ae je registrovan\u00e1 ochrann\u00e1 zn\u00e1mka spole\u010dnosti Panara, a.s.
